Chef Pam is excited to share her love for making fresh, egg pasta like she learned when living in Naples, Italy.  Everyone will make their own ball of pasta dough, learn how to sheet it and hand cut tagliatelle.  Our sauce will be a brown butter, sage sauce with roasted butternut squash, shaved brussel sprouts and a fall pesto garnish.  For dessert we will prepare individual olive oil cakes with a fresh, citrus zest whipped cream garnish.  Can you say, "Buon Appetito?".

Class is for adults only, 18y/o and above.
