Join Chef Pam for a fun couples evening learning how to prepare pork wellington with a twist. The pork tenderloin gets wrapped in prosciutto before wrapped in the puff pastry and is stuffed with apple and a hint of stone ground mustard. As always there will be an appetizer to prepare together to start off the meal. We will end with a little something sweet continuing the apple theme with individual Dutch apple pies with maple whipped cream. Can you say, "Yum"?
