Chef Pam is excited to offer a new class learning how to cook Thai food. We will start out with lemon grass, coconut milk mussels for our appetizer. Then on to a red curry chicken dish as the main entree where we will make our own red curry paste. We will finish off with a cinnamon, banana spring roll dessert with a garnish of fresh whipped cream and chocolate ganache. Join me for a fun evening Thai style!
