We will start out our Bella Italia evening with an appetizer of the traditional Southern Italian bruschetta with roma tomato, fresh basil and an Italian blend of shredded cheese as the topping. Then on to preparing "pasta a la vongole" with fresh clams and lots of garlic, parsley and a bit of red pepper flakes. We will end the evening with a little something sweet with everyone making their own individual tiramisu. Can you say, "Buon Appetito"?
