Chef Pam is excited to host another supper club event and this time it is homage to her time spent in Germany when deployed there for 13 months. We will start out the evening with a kartoffelpuffer garnished with an apple & apple cider compote. The next course is rouladen with a delicious brown gravy and red cabbage. Then on to kasenspatzle, a dish prepared with spaetzel and cheese topped with caramelized onion. Next course is the traditional pork schnitzel with a lemon garnish and lemon zest. Of course we will finish off the evening with a little something sweet with mini German chocolate cakes. Can you say, "Guten Appetite?".
