Join a Master Sausage maker and make Brats for the Packers Monday night game against the Raiders. Joe is one of less then 100 Master Meat Crafters in the Country. He is also a Master Sausage maker who has developed well over 400 recipes of his own. Joe has worked in the Meat Industry for the last 25 years in Retail and Wholesale and is well known in the State, Country, and the World for his knowledge of the industry. He helped develop the Curriculum for the Artisanal Butchery and Meat Cutting Program. Joe was also a Chef for many years and currently serves as the President of the American Culinary Federation, Milwaukee Chapter. In 2019, the ACF Milwaukee named him Chef of the Yea.r. In the Class you will learn how to make homemade Bratwurst from scratch, but you will also get recipes and techniques for other Fresh Sausages. We will snack on some of our Creations and BEST OF ALL, you will take home some Brats to impress your Family for the Packers game the next night. Teams will be working in groups of 2 during the actual sausage making process.
