Chef Pam is excited to share her love of the Oktoberfest celebrations having lived in Landstuhl, Germany for 13 months while deployed in the Navy! We will start out the evening making kartofelpuffers, the traditional German pancake with an apple cider compote. Then on to preparing the jaeger schnitzel, the hunter's version of schnitzel with a brown, mushroom gravy and a side of red cabbage. For dessert we will bake mini German Chocolate cakes to end the evening with a little something sweet. Of course there will be German music and beer to celebrate in style!
