Chef Pam lived in Germany for 13 months when she was deployed to Landstuhl Army Medical Center and fell in love with the German cuisine. Come celebrate with us at the kitchen Oktoberfest time with a delicious German menu of curry wurst for our appetizer and then on to making schwein-schnitzel the traditional way breaded and with a wedge of lemon. To go with the schnitzel everyone will make spaetzel with a mushroom sauce. For dessert we will make Apfelstrudel to end with a little something sweet. Can you say, "Guten Appetit!".
