Chef Pam's Kitchen

Chef Pam is excited to host another knife safety, skills and cuts class at Chef Pam's Kitchen.  You will learn how to sharpen knives with a whetstone and knife safety. Then on to learning the many knife cuts every Chef has to learn in culinary school.  Of course Chef Pam does not want to send you home without a little something to eat so we will take what we have chopped/cut and make three appetizers to share.  ‍Class is for adults only.
