Back by popular demand, Lobster Fest class as an ode to Chef Pam's New England heritage! She loves to teach everyone how to prepare a baked stuffed lobster with fresh sea scallop stuffing. Each person will get their own lobster flown in that day from Maine to stuff. Along with the lobster will be fresh sweet corn and homemade coleslaw. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet we will end the evening with chocolate decadence cake with a chocolate ganache drizzle. I can smell the salty air now!
