Chef Pam's Kitchen

Chef Pam lived in Germany for 13 months when she was deployed to Landstuhl Army Medical Center and fell in love with the German cuisine.  Come celebrate with us at the kitchen Oktoberfest time with a delicious German menu of kartofelpuffer, potato pancakes, for our appetizer, Jaeger schnitzel with red cabbage for our entree and mini German chocolate cakes for dessert.  Can you say, "Guten Appetit!".  German beer will be available for purchase.
