Chef Pam is excited to host an evening traveling to Italy minus the jet lag as we learn Italian cuisine together! We will start out by making tortellini in brodo as our appetizer; a comfort soup served throughout Italy during the colder weather season. Then on to preparing chicken saltimboca with creamy Italian blend cheese, prosciutto and fresh sage. To go along with the chicken entree we will prepare roasted garlic mashed potatoes and artichokes served with a tarragon, lemon aioli. To finish off the evening we will make the southern Italian traditional olive oil cake with fresh whipped cream and lemon zest garnish.
