Chef Pam's Kitchen

Come join Chef Pam in celebrating one of her favorite holidays, Halloween! We will start out by preparing Mummy jalapeno poppers for our appetizer. Then on to our entree of the evening, pumpkin risotto with fresh sage, bacon and parmesan accompanied by a blood orange salad. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet we will make ghost tarts with chocolate ganache, a graham cracker crust and of course meringue ghosts to top them off. Costumes are optional but Chef Pam and her team will be wearing one for sure!
