Come celebrate this German tradition at Chef Pam's Kitchen! Chef Pam lived in Germany for a year and fell in love with the German cuisine. She wants to share the recipes she learned to make from the locals in the little town of Landstuhl, Germany where she lived. We will start out by making kartoffelpuffer, a potato pancake garnished with an apple compote. For the main entree we will be creating the traditional Jaegerschnitzel, referred to as the hunter schnitzel. It begins with a breaded boneless pork chop and then garnished with a delicious mushroom, brown gravy. To finish off the evening we will make mini German chocolate cakes with a twist. Can you say, "Prost?".
