Chef Pam is excited to hold another ravioli making class. This time we will be creating two different fillings for the ravioli: butternut squash and a mushroom ragout filling. The butternut squash ravioli will have a browned butter and sage sauce the class will prepare together and the mushroom ravioli will have a parmesan, cream sauce. We will finish out the evening with mini, limoncello bundt cakes with a limoncello glaze and fresh whipped cream.
Chef Pam will be offering Italian Prosecco by the glass for purchase this evening and the first one is on the house. Come and learn how to make fresh pasta while sipping on a little bubbly at Chef Pam's Kitchen!
