Learning how to make this creamy primi piatti served all over Italy is our task at hand for this Italian class.  In groups of four you will learn the basic steps to building a creamy truffle risotto with mushrooms and seasonal vegetables.  To start off, in groups of 2 everyone will prepare an antipasto to share.  Our dessert will be traditional southern olive oil cakes with citrus notes and fresh whipped cream.
