Chef Pam is excited to share her love for Italian Cuisine after living in Italy for two years when she was stationed there as a Navy nurse.  We will start out the evening learning how to make arrancini, a risotto ball that has fresh mozzarella and pizelli stuffed inside and then breaded.  The arrancini is finished off with a fresh red sauce for garnish.  Then on to preparing chicken saltimboca, a popular dish consisting of minced sage with a slice of prosciutto and Italian cheeses on top.  To accompany the chicken we will make a carrot ribbon and leeks medley and roasted garlic, rosemary mashed potato.  To end with a little something sweet everyone will help make profiteroles for dessert. Can you say, "Buon Appetito?".
