Chef Pam is excited to share her love for everything soup! As the nights get colder coming home to soup and fresh bread is a part of the fall and winter season. We will start out by making creamy potato leek soup with a garnish of crispy potato frizzles and sour cream with chives. Then on to making butternut squash soup with a bacon, cheddar cheese garnish. The last soup will be a carrot bisque with an herbed fresh whipped cream garnish. Of course there will be lots of fresh bread to go with the soup medley!
