Come join Chef Pam and her team for a tour of Italian Cuisine with a five course tasting from a variety of cities in Italy for our October Supper Club.
First Course - Naples/Compagnia
Arrancini stuffed with braised short rib and garnished with a roasted garlic, red pepper and sun dried tomato cream sauce.
Second Course - Sicily
Fennel and Blood Orange Salad drizzled with a garlic, sumac dressing
Third Course - Bologna
Not your Nonna’s Lasagana with fresh, handmade pasta sheets and a Bolognese sauce, prepared with ground beef, garlic, wine and herbs.
Fourth Course - Milan
Ossobuco topped with a zesty gremolata and served on a bed of Risotto Milanese
Fifth Course - Venice
Tiramisu, a rich layered Italian dessert made with delicate lady fingers, espresso, brandy and mascarpone cheese, garnished with chocolate shavings
This event, unlike the Chef assist classes where you cook with our CPK team; you will sit and enjoy and let us do the cooking. Can you say, "Buon Appetito?".
Doors open at 5:30pm and dinner service begins at 6pm.
