Chef Pam is excited to offer a night of German Cuisine celebrating, Oktoberfest at the kitchen! We will start out by preparing a flammkuchen for our appetizer, the German's version of a thin crust, pizza that I fell in love with while deployed to Landstuhl Army Medical Center for 13 months. Then on to learning how to make homemade spaetzel to accompany Hanchen-Schnitzel, a chicken schnitzel that we will serve with a lemon, dill, cream sauce versus the traditional lemon wedge. For dessert, we will end with a little something sweet by preparing mini Bavarian black forest cakes. Can you say, "Guten Appetite?'.
