10/12 Supper Club - A Taste of the Fall Harvest

As the days grow shorter and the air gets crisper, gather around our table for our ~ Taste of Fall Harvest Supper Club!

  • Our first course will be a creamy, warm spices pumpkin soup finished off with a coconut cream.  
  • Second course is a kale salad candied pecans, dried cranberries and shallots with a carrot and ginger dressing.
  • For our third course, we will be preparing a butternut squash lasagna with a béchamel sauce infused with rosemary and sage and topped off with a salted whipped cream before baking for a browned butter flavor profile finish.  
  • Our fourth course is a cider braised short rib on top of a parsnip puree and a caccio e pepe rosti side.  
  • For our final course, enjoy an apple cider donut cake that captures the essence of a classic orchard donut, finished with a sweet apple cider glaze..
