10/1 Everything Fall Supper Club

Chef Pam is excited to offer an evening with a little taste of fall in everything you will be eating with this small plate, five course Supper Club.  We will start out with a butternut squash, ricotta and sage tart.  Then on to an autumn apple salad with a maple vinaigrette.  Our next course is pasta with roasted butternut squash and shaved brussel sprouts with a fall pesto garnish.  The star of the show is the final course before dessert,  a brown sugar and apple pork tenderloin with a dijon, balsamic glaze.  To finish off the evening, we will enjoy a pumpkin crisp with a bourbon, vanilla bean custard and salted maple garnish.  Everything fall in one evening to enjoy!

Unlike Chef Pam's other Chef assist classes this is one where you don't cook with her; rather you sit and enjoy the five courses the CPK team has prepared for you.

Doors open at 5:30pm and seating is at 6pm.  Beer, wine, flavored seltzers and Italian Prosecco are available for purchase.
