Chef Pam is excited to offer an evening being transported through various regions of Italy enjoying their flavorful cuisines! We will start out in the south of Italy known as the Campania region with a traditional Neapolitan bruschetta of fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil and melted cheeses. Then on to the Tuscany region where we will prepare the main entree of chicken cacciatore with fresh green peppers, onions and mushrooms in a rich sauce. To finish off the evening we will end our travels in the Veneto region with a Venetian specialty, Torta della Nonna. A pastry shell that is filled with a custard flavored with lemon and garnished with pine nuts. Buon Appetito!
