Chef Pam is excited to host a fun evening creating three different flat breads.  We will start out by preparing our flatbread dough from scratch.  Then on to making a caramelized red onion, spinach and goat cheese flatbread with a simple herbed olive oil sauce, a shrimp scampi, lemon flatbread and a traditional Italian margherita flatbread with fresh mozzarella, garlic and Roma tomato/basil topping.  Of course we will end the evening with a little something sweet ... with a chocolate decadence cake with  chocolate ganache and fresh whipped cream garnish.  YUM!
